Established by me on January 1st 2021, JR Music Company was founded with three missions in mind:
1) To help my musician friends find the tools they need to create sounds they'll love.
2) To give my buyer the highest level of products within their budget.
3) To provide fast and efficient service, where my customers feel they are treated the way they deserve.
My goal is for the receiver of my product to be delighted when they open up their box; the same way I felt when I opened it before you.

PRICES:
My prices are related to two key factors: market price and condition.
I make sure you know the exact condition of your item before you buy, and that you're getting the best overall price given the condition.
PRICE MATCHING & DISCOUNTS:
I buy my inventory with the customer in mind. Therefore, I make sure to buy my equipment at a low enough price, to ensure you get a great deal and I still make a profit.
However, because I am a small shop, I cannot offer price matching or any further discounts at this time. As my business grows, I hope to be able to offer greater discounts in the future, and even coupons too!

CONDITION:
Please keep in mind that all of my inventory is Pre-Owned. Regardless, I make sure the condition of the equipment I find is the best that you can get within that specific price range.
I have access to items in all conditions (Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair and Poor) to ensure that you're able to get an instrument you want at the lowest possible price.
CONDITION REPORT:
When you buy a product that I already have in stock, I fully disclose the condition before hand, both in the picture description on Instagram and in my 'Condition Report', which you'll receive with your invoice via email prior to shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
When you message me for something specific that is not yet in stock, I email you a short questionnaire, with key information to ensure I find an item according to your exact specifications and budget. (Custom orders also come with a condition report).
If you do not buy the item within 24 hours, I have the right to post it on Instagram as part of my normal inventory, which can be sold to someone else.
RETURNS:
As a small Boutique owner with the lowest prices in retail, I cannot accept returns; therefore I inspect every item thoroughly and, as mentioned above, include a detailed 'Condition Report' to ensure that you know what to expect.
Additionally, all items are well packaged prior to shipping.
